How You Can and Can’t Use Curious Check

Curious Check – the People Search App, provides fast, affordable access to public records to help individuals make better-informed personal decisions. While this information can be incredibly helpful, its use is governed by important laws—particularly the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)—which restrict certain types of activity.

Below are examples of acceptable and prohibited uses of our platform. Misusing this data can violate federal law and our Terms & Conditions, potentially resulting in legal action or account termination. We take compliance seriously to protect both users and data subjects.
